Billing Information

Cincinnati Medical Billing Company provides the professional billing services for Northeast Radiology, Inc.  Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m to 4:30 p.m.  The phone number is (513) 247-8644. All billing inquiries should be directed to this phone number.

Once a service has been performed, the patient will receive two separate bills. One is from the Cincinnati Medical Billing company for the service provided by the Radiologist (which, in addition to interpretation of images, may include performance of a procedure) and the second bill will be from the hospital or imaging center.  This second bill is for the technical component of the exam (equipment involved/contrast agents/technologists)

The following is a list of the insurance programs accepted by Northeast Radiology, Inc.  The list is not exhaustive, it is meant as a general guide. Because participating plans are subject to change at any time, this list is also subject to such changes.  It is incumbent upon the patient to check with his/her insurance carrier, prior to services, for verification of acceptance.
